Just Talking and Talking. Sometimes About Chinese Medicine.

The QingShui River 清

The Qingshui river drains the mountains in southern Guizhou, then winds its way through Yun-gui plateau, flows eastward into general valleys of the Hunan and then merges with the Yuan river, which then flows into Dongting Lake and the Changjiang (LI). Historically, it was the major transportation system linking SE Guizhou with Yunnan and China proper (East). This River is considered to be the “Mother of the Miao.” Here again is the association with a group of people that don’t follow standard Chinese convention.
